Job Description

  • Handling client request which is coming through phone calls, e-mails or Faxes with all what it implies in terms of procedures agreed upon within the company.
  • Attending client Meeting in order to record any requested specifications and secure client clear communication with the company.
  • Preparing client offer based on the client's requested specifications & sending it to the client in coordination with the estimation section and with the approval of her/his manager.
  • Ensuring and/or checking the delivery of down payments with the client & account departments as per the company policies and practices.
  • Processing the approved Print orders with the price to the departments (Finance and logistics) and P.O’s without the price to the other departments (Production, Purchasing, Pre-press, and Warehouse) as well as any other document as per the company policies and practices.
  • Following the job as it flows through the company from start to finish and relief the clients from worries about the details of production and updating him when needed about the delays in delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Experience from 2-5 Years (experience in Client service is an asset/preferable)
  • Excellent Command of English and accent is a MUST
  • Excellent computer skills & excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel is a must).
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
