Job Description
- It follows up the process of updating the manual on the procedures and policies of quality systems and ISO.
- Develop, maintain and maintain the quality, environment and safety systems of the company and abide by it and obligates its subordinates to follow up the implementation of its procedures.
- Follow up the update in the international and local standards and ensure that the latest specifications within the company
- Manage the documentation process and save documents for management
- Conduct the necessary awareness on ISO 9001 quality standards
- Develop a system to receive the documents received by the administration and index them and distribute them to the competent authorities according to the distribution list.
- Coding quality management system documents, making copies of the distribution and stamping them with the management seal and distributing them according to distribution lists while keeping the original without a stamp.
- Make master lists for each document quality management system and internal audit.
- Modify the version number of the modified documents and take procedures to withdraw the old copies and deliver the modified copies instead and update the main lists.
- Responsible for keeping documents and data for the management of quality systems and internal audit
- Keep the distribution lists of the documents mentioned in the previous item
- Develop an audit plan for quality systems and identify timings and implementers.
- Directing internal system references to perform unplanned reviews in the event of problems to track them and the necessary corrective actions
- Follow up the implementation of planned periodic reviews and implement the steps in accordance with the procedures adopted in the management of quality systems and internal audit in terms of the prior announcement of the departments and random sampling and traffic at various stages and review the
- Preparing the reports of internal audits on the quality system and approving the issuance of mismatches for all departments of the company concerned with the quality and environment system, building the highest internal audits that are implemented.
- Raising the mismatches for which the corrective correction procedure has not been taken
- Supervise the updating of the database of the management of quality systems and internal audit and work to provide all data to support decision-making
- Participate in the design of performance management systems for quality systems.
