Job Description

  • Handles all personnel tasks.
  • Handles Monthly Attendance.
  • Process the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIs.
  • Ensures Employees’ adherence to the company’ policies
  • Handling the Hiring process.
  • Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Handles All employee Relations matters.
  • Administering on-the-job training programs.
  • Applied Updates and implementing HR policies.
  • Sharing Writing job descriptions
  • Handles the performance appraisal process
  • Handle Medical insurance matters.
  • Reporting To CEO & HR Manager 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills (word / excel / power point)
  • Previous experience of Personnel & Payroll process
  • Awareness of Recruitment System
  • Awareness of OD 
  • Ability to lead team futuristic
  • English & communication skills 
  • Bs degree
  • Male / Female
