Job Description
- Handles all personnel tasks.
- Handles Monthly Attendance.
- Process the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIs.
- Ensures Employees’ adherence to the company’ policies
- Handling the Hiring process.
- Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Handles All employee Relations matters.
- Administering on-the-job training programs.
- Applied Updates and implementing HR policies.
- Sharing Writing job descriptions
- Handles the performance appraisal process
- Handle Medical insurance matters.
- Reporting To CEO & HR Manager
Job Requirements
- Excellent computer skills (word / excel / power point)
- Previous experience of Personnel & Payroll process
- Awareness of Recruitment System
- Awareness of OD
- Ability to lead team futuristic
- English & communication skills
- Bs degree
- Male / Female
