ECM & DIMS Admin Support Personnel
- Extends the concept of content management by adding a time line for each content item and possibly enforcing processes for the creation, approval and distribution of them
- Analyze business needs as they relate to client business objectives and creation of lean processes; lead development efforts on ECM platform.
- Devise technical architectures to serve the business needs of clients and create implementation plans and communicate internally and with client project team members.
Job Requirements
Shall have the following qualifications and experience as a minimum:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years’ experience in the Information Technology field
- 3 years’ experience, out of the above, in IBM FileNet/ECM applications and platform support
- Having the certification: IBM Certified Specialist - FileNet Content Manager, IBM Websphere, FileNet Case Manager is required - IBM DataCap, Workplace/XT, FileNet Capture is preferable and subject to the Company’s discretion.
- 2 Years’ Experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration
- Fluency in spoken English
- Fluency in spoken Arabic is preferable
- Good analytical & problem solving skills and report-writing skills
- Good communications skills
