Job Description

Responsible for the business development aspect of the center, including identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing customers.

Relationship to Top Management

The Top Management of Empire Training & Education Center is responsible for establishing and approving all center policies and guidelines.

Reports to Business Development Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing new business leads and customer avenues for the center.
  • Introduce & present the center`s services to organizations, instructors & students while making sure the service levels are effective.
  • Contact (outbound calls) potential or existing customers to inform them about training courses & with all the center`s services.
  • Responsible for outdoor sales
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries asking about training courses and center`s services and close sales.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database with specific details and notifications.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Receive customer comments about courses and forward it to the responsible department.
  • Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with marketing department and center management.
  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all center’s services and achieve desired target.
  • Working with marketing, and customer service departments.
  • Highly informed on what is going on the education & training industry, including what the competitors are doing.
  • Cold calling to arrange & attending meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Listening to customer new requirements and presenting them to the management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Proven working experience in sales field (minimum 3 years).
  • Excellent command of Arabic & English language.
  • Able to build a relationship with the customers.
  • Able to research the market and the related services.
  • Able to present the service in a structured professional way face to face.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Preference for residents of October and its suburbs
