Job Description
- Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Act as a user advocate and participates in UX discussions with business partners on topics including interaction design, information architecture, and user research
- Create clean, straight-forward, innovative user interfaces.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualize ideas that solve complex scenarios in simple yet user-friendly flows.
- Create sketches, wireframes and working prototypes as needed to articulate design direction.
- Make regular reports for managers.
Job Requirements
- BS or BA degree related to Software Engineering or Applied Arts or other related field.
- 4+ Years of Experience in UI/UX Design.
- Experience in developing highly interactive Web and Mobile applications.
- Aware in creating wire-frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
- Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
- The candidate should possess solid communication, interpersonal and leadership skills and should be comfortable working in very dynamic and collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrable UX & design leadership and people management experience.
- Experience in managing small teams.
- Working across Projects.
- Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
