Job Description

  • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to user issues.
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot all kinds of Windows OS including Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 is a must.
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot network printers, scanners and UPS is a must
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose all network problems is a must.
  • Good experience in MS office including outlook, word, and excel.
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
  • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.
  • Update user data and produce activity reports.
  • Follow up with users, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
  • Utilize excellent user service skills and exceed users’ expectations.
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure.
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products, and services.
  • Ability to provide onsite and offsite support.

Job Requirements

  • IT, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Strong Computer Skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
  • Familiarity with both PC Hardware and Software.
  • Experience with network repairs and analysis.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to help users fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
