Job Description
- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to user issues.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot all kinds of Windows OS including Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 is a must.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot network printers, scanners and UPS is a must
- Troubleshoot and diagnose all network problems is a must.
- Good experience in MS office including outlook, word, and excel.
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.
- Update user data and produce activity reports.
- Follow up with users, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
- Utilize excellent user service skills and exceed users’ expectations.
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure.
- Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products, and services.
- Ability to provide onsite and offsite support.
Job Requirements
- IT, Computer Science or relevant field
- Strong Computer Skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
- Familiarity with both PC Hardware and Software.
- Experience with network repairs and analysis.
- Ability to communicate effectively to help users fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
