Job Description
- Maintenance of HVAC
- Electrical control equipment/panels and controls including all operations involved in that task, which may include rectification of faults, system monitoring/reporting.
- Continual improvement of systems to affect efficiency and energy saving.
- Adherence to all Health & Safety policies.
- Preparation of service reports and maintenance plan.
- Assists with developing program budgets, as well as adhering to annual expense controls.
- Good Knowledge of BMS and SCADA systems.
