Job Description
- Assign the service orders to the Authorized service centers based on the geographical distribution of each service center
- ·Follow up on received complaints from the customer care division and coordinate with the Authorized Service centers to solve the complaint and insure resolving it.·
- Analyze the Productivity of the authorized Service Center to ensure that the all the received work orders are assigned to the Technicians through “daily Job Orders” and escalate the highlighted issues.·
- Ensure the closure of the service tickets through reviewing the type of the delivered service and matching it with the used spare parts codes.· Preparing and reviewing monthly financial reports for the authorized service centers to issue their monthly payments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Good Command of English Language
- From 1-3 Years' of experience
- Customer service skills
- High Follow up
- Very good communication Skills
- Very good user of Ms. Office
