Job Description

  • Manage accounting department staff.
  • Manage all the taxes aspects of the business.
  • In charge of maintaining all accounting records, ledgers, revenues, operating expenses and insurance records.
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial and accounting operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
  • Evaluating feasibility study of new orders and business activities.
  • Review and enhance the cost accounting for manufacturing.
  • Responsible for revising the organization’s cost center to make sure about the expense’s distribution.
  • Prepare the financial analysis to monitor the investment plan and report accurately and on time.
  • Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
  • Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Coordinate the external audit and the information/materials needed for the external auditors
  • Lead on the implementation and improvement of operational and financial systems, with the latest technology.
  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
  • Build on existing talent and make the necessary changes with non-performers, Attract and grow new talent.

Job Requirements

  • BSC degree in accounting, finance, economics or relevant.
  • Experience in dealing with all kinds taxes, is a must
  • Manufacturing and exporting background is preferred.
  • Garments manufacturing background is plus.
  • Experience of financial responsibility for a budget, end of year accounts and external liaison with auditors.
  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Males only.
  • Good English.
  • Excellent in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage several tasks at the same time.
  • A doer. Not a talker
  • Trustworthy and able to handle data with confidentiality.
  • A Qualified accountant is preferred (CMA, CFA, CPA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent).
  • Clear analytical thinking to produce simple clear financial reports
  • Proven ability to roll-up his sleeves as needed to make things happen.
