Job Description
- Obtains client information by answering customers inquiries
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines ,recommending improved procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying
- Adhere to quality standards and KPI’s.
- Supports patients through their treatment journey
- Develops and updates content in keeping with client requests and need
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Determine the reason of call and provide service accordingly or transfer call to the appropriate personnel.
- Explain the benefits and advantages of our service to clients and ensure they are fully aware of the process and requirements.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role in a call center environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different situations.
- Ability to multitask.
- Flexible to work 8 hours (6 Days/Week with 1 day off)
