Job Description

  • Obtains client information by answering customers inquiries
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines ,recommending improved procedures.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying
  • Adhere to quality standards and KPI’s.
  • Supports patients through their treatment journey
  • Develops and updates content in keeping with client requests and need
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Determine the reason of call and provide service accordingly or transfer call to the appropriate personnel.
  • Explain the benefits and advantages of our service to clients and ensure they are fully aware of the process and requirements.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role in a call center environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different situations.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Flexible to work 8 hours (6 Days/Week with 1 day off)
  • Microsoft Word : Excel & Powerpoint
