Job Description

A Customer- facing role that interacts directly with customers to understand their needs and solve their problems, Manages operational team.

  • Set operation plans for the different branches/ mega projects including branch manager duties and performance indicators
  • Execute company contractual obligations up to both the customer and company level of expectations
  • Conduct formal and informal Site Security Surveys in order to propose or provide the right security solution to our clients (Potential and Existing).
  • Act as the security and safety advisory for our existing and potential clients
  • Prepare and regularly update/review Site Instructions and post orders for all existing and new sites (For new sites, it must be completed prior to deployment of Guards).
  • Ensure all guards are given sufficient training, read and understood the post instructions prior to taking full responsibility on site.
  • Plan the necessary annual training plans and guidance to improve the caliber of the Guarding staff.
  • Prepare and submit uniform and man power requests and reports.
  • Prepare and submit Monthly comprehensive Guarding Reports - Monthly Report on the 7th of each month to Country president,
  • Conduct regular customer visits; customers are visited regularly on monthly basis - Keep a file of team activity schedule for reference.
  • Maintain Customer satisfaction, prevent complaints, loss of contracts due to operational or quality issues,
  • Encourage implementation of “Guard of the month” (Name to be submitted latest on the 26th of each month) and get nominations from within for promotion when vacancy comes up.
  • Proper application of disciplinary measures to maintain the quality of our services.
  • Communicate and follow up that company SOPs are being followed, updated and advised to all staff.
  • Plan for and be on site to in specific customer events. (Minor events can be delegated to BM/ OPS Supervisor).
  • Appraise performance of all operational team on a regular basis.
  • Immediately update Country President of any Major incident.
  • Randomly check and review daily activity reports from quality team/ operations supervisors.
  • Ensure the forecasted manpower requirements are communicated to recruitment taking into consideration Guards on leave and there joining dates, Guards going on leave monthly, reserve on job training to be ready to start contracts with.
  • Managing the Operations team on the ground

Job Requirements

  • Experience at least 4 years in the same position
  • Security experience is a must
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Teamwork spirit
