Job Description

  • Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in same field, preferably with experience in Accounting/ finance companies.
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • High level of organizational skills
  • Excellent English written and oral communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
  • High technical proficiency with office automation tools including software essentials like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,etc
