Job Description
- Dealing with the shipping lines, freight quotations, loading, and booking
- Communicating with international buyers and convince & persuade them to execute sales, and follow the documents with them
- Responsible for all required export documentation: bill of lading, invoices, packing lists and letters of credit when needed.
- Acting as customer service support by managing the customers’ problems within the range of responsibilities.
- Administrating and supervising the development of plans, strategies and other tools
- Doing the duties and tasks of the international marketing organizer to promote products outside Egypt
- Preparing Export reports and analysis.
- Follow up with all Clearance Procedures regarding Shipments
Job Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- Fluent English
- Has the know how to find different Export sources, has knowledge of Export, and has the ability to solve Export issues, and how to ensure suitable alternatives.
- Communication Skills
- Excellent Knowledge of office
- Ability to Represent
- The Ability To Negotiate
- Being open to learning
