Job Description

Vacancy : L&D Administrator

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to implement L&D programs locally; executes the calendar/plan for monthly L&D activities and contributes to polices, frameworks and supporting tools.
  • Executes development processes locally, ensuring consistent execution to plan (time-frame) and quality output.
  • Ensures the alignment of development processes and outputs with HR and Development solutions.
  • Provides development analytics as required.
  • Ensures all administration of logistics, printing, inwards tracking, invoice register, for the Global Induction, Global standards, Leadership Management Training and a range of training solutions.
  • Maintains a roster of programs and its successful administrative delivery.
  • Ensures that infrastructure in classrooms is suited for training delivery and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
  • Administration support to the Site Academy Lead for Business Line / Function / Host.
  • Supports the coordinates of all local execution of Academy solutions.
  • Help Training team by preparing the monthly training calendar, booking the training room, collating the nominations and inviting the participants as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Raises cases related to Training on the system for scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, nominations inclusion, prepare sign-on-sheets, and prepare reports on the system.
  • Ensures that all the necessary training material and other infrastructure related requirements and logistics are made available to the respective faculty, as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Schedules, executes and keeps track of LC meeting, team meetings and their requirements.
  • Maintains up to date training data and other records for internal purposes.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Presentable
  • Good English
  • Excellent Microsoft Skills and Computer skills
  • Min. 2 years of experience in the same role
  • 6,500 – 7,000
