Main Responsibilities

  • Investigate incidents and prepare incident reports reports to ensure proper documentation
  • Patrol all premises and gates to ensure effective security measures are implemented
  • Ensure policies, procedures, rules and regulations are being implemented and followed
  • Manage the provision of security systems e.g. access control systems, CCTV, radios, etc. and ensure providing proper maintenance
  • Develop and manage the performance of all security team members to ensure that they are competent to all times
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, vacations and other administration work for the security team members
  • Ensure all security log-books are constantly updated including all incidents, inspections, discrepancies etc.
  • Manage outsourced security companies/ suppliers to ensure efficient delivery and follow-up on the Security Company contract
  • Conduct daily briefings for all shifts and ensure proper communication between all security personnelUpdate property
  • management records and the electronic filing system
  • Manage security equipment storage to ensure its in good condition

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ Years of practical experience in security field
  • Good background on security tools and technologies
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Excellent Analytical skills and reporting skills
  • Good team management skills
  • Good knowledge of investigation procedures and documentation
