Job Description
- Develops Group strategies and objectives.
- Establishes Group strategic statements, positioning, and market segmentation.
- Deploys & monitors corporate governance, change management and restructure initiatives.
- Develops and implements continuous improvement modules.
- Develops and deploys the corporate strategic, operational, and tactical KPIs.
- Provides necessary support for the top management regarding any development schemes.
- Manages improvement projects from inception to successful completion.
- Identifies business problems and the impact of proposed solutions on operations and corporate efficiency.
- Works collaboratively across all departments to improve the overall business operations.
- Analyzes business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved.
- Designs, evaluates, executes, and measures critical business processes.
- Ensures that business process outcomes are in harmony with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Conducts strategic market studies.
- Sets a clear road-map for promoting business, keeps and maintains customer relations, increase market share and sets strategic alliance with reputable and competent business partners.
- Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
- Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
- Provide inspired leadership company wide.
- Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.
- Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
- Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

- Oversee day-to-day operation of the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering.
- Experience in strategy & business development +15 years.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in Manufacturing companies.
- MBA holder is preferred.
