Job Description
- Follow up all the air shipment for customs clearance and ensure their arrival to our warehouse
- Update the sales department and the senior logistic specialist by the date of order requested arrival.
- Prepare all the documents needed for the air and sea shipment
- Update the shipment report.
- Prepare all the data entry.
- Follow up the governmental approval with the registration coordinator.
- Follow up the domestic shipment.
- Follow up with the shipping company our account (payment and invoices).
- Responsible for all the shipping filling.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in MOH approvals and registrations
- Very Good command of English
- Very good computer skills.
- Good Communication skills.
- Work under pressure.
