Job Description
- Manage the branch's workflow.
- Reviewing the sales movement and matching it with the cash.
- Execute the Area Manager's daily instructions.
- Maintain the store's standards to meet the company standards.
- Supervise & manage employees and workers in-store to make sure they are following their job descriptions.
- Coach and mentor the store staff through all their daily tasks.
- Handles customer issues and complaints.
- Execute the company policies in-store & prepare daily reports (KPI's) for the administration.
