Job Description
- Calculating sales prices in accordance with company rules for profitability to achieve the target margin.
- Present to and consult with senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
- Participate in company business plan and budget preparation.
- Monitor the Market Trade, Competition and identify the Good Opportunity Also the Action needed to Keep or Increase our Company Share.
- Managing the Product Mix to Maximize the Company Profitability.
- Maintaining Assets Utilization by the Right Mix that Improving the Company Profitability.
- Determines product pricing by utilizing market data , reviewing production and sales costs, anticipating volume, costing
- Reporting the monthly, yearly sales achievement by measuring the monthly reaching against the forecast quantity & margin.
- Determine opportunity costs for various decisions on production mix.
- Evaluate and Monitor plant costs in order to optimize operations and improve efficiency.
- Keep monitoring each sales area and identifying trends and support the management by the recommended actions to improve the profitability
- Responsible for preparing Sales forecasts, and constantly monitoring inventory levels held at the warehouses to ensure supply timelines
- Quantify cost targets for purchasing departments and Logistics Department not to exceed (variable costs target)
- Communicate the Needed Requirements and Actions from other Departments to insure Plan achievement
- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses, answering questions and requests.
- Communicate production plan to the plant based on monthly commercial order received.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to influence and motivate others.
- Excellent time management, planning, organization and prioritization skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Sales management experience.
- Building industry experience.
- Excellent Negotiation & communication Skills.
- Leadership skills.
