We are looking for a bright Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to our customers. A background in engineering or IT support is required.
Responsibilities
- Installation & configuration of a company’s computers hardware operating systems and applications.
- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Responding to ticket assigned in a timely fashion.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of - MCSA, CCNA and servers environment is preferable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work well within a team.

- Expert knowledge in how operating systems and software works.
- Interpersonal skills as you will regularly be in contact with colleagues.
