Job Description
- Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
- Optimizes the Financial Structure, Bank and Financial institutions deals and relationship.
- Consolidates reports across different lines of businesses and suggests improvements to increase profitability.
- Prepares the annual budget, monitors subsequent expenditure and takes any necessary remedial action to avoid unnecessary overspend and wastage.
- Ensures credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
- Researches revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyzes internal operations, and identifies areas of cost reduction and process enhancement.
- Sets financial policies, accounting procedures, systems and controls to ensure compliance with group policy.
- Directs and oversees all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
- Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory actions.
- Performs risk management through analysis of Group liabilities and investments, evaluates and manages capital structure.
- Provides executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
- Manages processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company.
- Provides recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
- Supports the Board and General Managers in developing projects for long term diversification of revenue streams.
Job Requirements
- Experience +15 years.
- Experience as a CFO +5 years.
- Experience in Holding companies & consolidated budgets.
- Experience in Manufacturing companies.
- MBA holder is preferred.
- Finance Certificates (CMA,CFA,CPA,..)
