Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries in terms of tourism and aviation offers
- Booking airline tickets cheaply available prices and clarify all information to the client
- Respond to all calls to customers and respond to their inquiries and make reservations for customers and data collection (usually an independent customer service)
- Make a daily sales report of the tickets sold and submitted to the accounts
- Assisting the Tourism Department in coordination with appropriate ticket prices and making offers for marketing
Job Requirements
- University certificate suitable
- Experience of at least 5 years in the Amadeus system.
