Job Description
- Regularly inspect branch quality & safety operations to keep the Quality and safety standard.
- Manage and conduct branch quality & safety investigation required by quality assurance department to reveal actual reason behind accident/incident.
- Ensure that all non-conforming products; expired, damaged, returned and counterfeited products are separated from the salable products to prevent the mix up of products.
- Inspect the status of returned products to accept the products to ensure it will be in salable products or not.
- Ensure applying FEFO (First Expire First Out) by the warehouse employees and guarantee that each product is in its place to prevent any mix-up and to follow the Quality standards.
- Ensure the traceability process is applicable by matching the batch on the system by the ones on the shelves to facilitate the traceability process on recall.
- Assure the vehicles are suitable for products transportation to follow the Quality standards.
- Monitor & record the warehouse temperature and report any excursion in warehouse temperature.
- Assure the warehouse cleaning meet the Quality Standards.
- Assure the maintenance system is followed to prevent any sudden incidents in the equipment.
- Ensure that the Security measures are taken following the Suppliers and Quality requirements.
- Apply safety system to ensure safe working environment and meet the governmental requirements.
- Make sure that the training plans and the training assessments for the Quality, distribution and operation are implemented according to the standards and on time.
- Ensure that documentation is followed according to SOPs.
- Ensure that any Quality or Safety deviations in the site are managed in a timely manner.
- Assure the implementation and follow up of CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) in the site to correct and prevent further deviations.
- Review all the change control processes within the site to avoid any change that may affect other departments.
- Monitor printing processes in the branch and develop all related documents & reports.
- Develop daily and monthly reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
- Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system.
- Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Pharmacy/Science.
- 0-2 years’ experience in the same position.
- Good User of MS office.
- Organized and Follow up.
- Negotiation, Problem Solving and Communication Skills.
- Very good command of English language.
