Job Description

Teachers’ Accommodation

  • Responsible to provide the expat teachers with the appropriate accommodation whether inside the Malvern house or by renting suitable and fine apartments.
  • Responsible to arrange for accommodation, flights, and medical insurance for all newly hired employees.
  • Responsible for dealing with maintenance companies and follow up all maintenance issues within the teacher’s accommodation and follow up their payments.
  • Prepare welcome pack for newly hired teachers.
  • Follow up with accommodation security regarding any unusual issue.

International & Local Medical Insurance

  • Responsible to get offers for international & local medical insurance companies and make comparisons and propose decisions.
  • Responsible to follow up all payments and records of both local and international insurance companies,
  • Responsible for getting approvals 24/7 for local staff.
  • Follow up reimbursements for local and international claims.
  • Responsible for the addition and deletion of employees on our network.

Shipments

  • Responsible to provide teachers with the contact of the shipping companies.
  • Assist teachers in their shipments.
  • Follow up with teacher and company regarding shipments and documentation.

Flight Tickets

  • Responsible to get quotations for flight tickets based on teachers’ preferences.
  • Responsible to arrange with teachers their flights in accordance with their contracts.
  • Responsible to arrange flights for newly hired teachers.
  • Responsible to book business trips for employees.
  • Arrange for reimbursements for teachers who managed to book their own flights
  • Arrange a meet and assist for newly hired teachers

Job Requirements

Desired Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in a related field
  • BA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
  • Practical experience in the field of compensations and benefits advantageous
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Good analytical skills and, at best, experience with quantitative data collection.
  • Fluent English
