Project Service Engineer

GFC ltd. is an Oil & Gas / Energy services company based in Cairo with various world class customer in MENA and South America . Specialized in rotating and static equipment maintenance and installations.

Currently we are seeking a project service engineer to join our team. The role responsibilities are as follows:

All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers site. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Responsible for field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics.
• Interface with the customer service managers on issues escalation.
• Develop and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training.
• Monitor Utilization on weekly basis and x-utilize FS resources with other P&L`s and functions.
• Interfacing with customers, sales, project management and integrated services to coordinate appropriate technical resources when and where required.
• Promote and ensure compliance to company and regulatory EHS & Quality requirements .
• Managing and assigning the field service resources (techncians , field engineers , tools ) for different projects.
• Setting up the projects budgets and Gantt charts ready for execution.
• Preparing for the activities and having the ownership for the whole project.
• Handing communications with the customer and different departments in the company to ensure quality excellence and preparations prior to activity kick off.
• Online cost tracking and auditing of all project related expenses.
• Site and customer visits to follow up and supervise the execution
