Job Description

  • Arranging the manager appointments and reminding him of them.
  • Receiving all his telephone calls.
  • The establishment and the development of the files and keeping them organized.
  • Entering and updating all the data founding within the files.
  • Sending and receiving all faxes and E-mails.
  • Making daily and monthly reports to the manager about the work activities and about any deviation to correct it.
  • Following up the daily production with the planning department. Translating any documents from English to Arabic and vice versa.
  • Defining all the work needs and its problems and showing them to the manager to find solutions for them.
  • Making weekly and monthly reports to the CEO about the work activities.
