Job Description

  • Formulate a strategic plan for the different phases of the project (Construction and Running phases), aligned with Board Group vision.
  • Develop, update, and modify a work-breakdown structure required to realize the strategic plan.
  • Review and approve the setting of the main objectives for the main sectors, in line with the strategic plan.
  • Lead the whole company to evaluate project execution and modify the necessary strategies to overcome potential deviations.
  • Review budgets and high level periodical reports, and communicate the conclusions to the Board Group.
  • Direct all resources via all sectors to achieve the mega objective, aligned with relevant quality standards.
  • Review and develop the organizational structure of the University Staff to ensure accountability of all departments and staff for fulfilling the mission, objectives and strategic plan of the Running Phase assuring effective internal audit.
  • Establish annual operating plans supporting the strategic directions of the Board Group within the framework of the annual operating budgets.
  • Focus on continued business development, customer relations, quality services, and social accountability.
  • Direct Marketing programs both local and worldwide.

Job Requirements

  • Age: less than 50 years.
  • PhD. Degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a CEO is a must.
  • Previous experience as a faculty member is a plus.
  • Knowledge of quality and standards is a must.
  • Knowledge of financing is a must.
  • Good knowledge of Legal Affairs and laws is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
