Job Description

Our company is looking to hire an Office Manager to be responsible for the general operations of the GM's office.

GM's Office is a busy office with much of the work being done to tight deadlines. She should provide an effective and efficient service to all its customers (whether Head of Departments, visitors or may be employees).

  • Scheduling & coordinating meetings with internal/external visitors to provide information and/or response.
  • Maintain files for all project contracts and subcontracts.
  • Organizing files of all technical/non-technical reports which contain daily requirements, technical problems and technical solution reports.
  • Coordinate and ensure Management Office maintenance and a proper general image.
  • Assist in Creating and arranging presentations for GM.
  • Assist in updating the website in order to enhance visibility of the company.
  • Organize meetings and managing databases.
  • Assist in organizing company events or conferences.
  • Attending meetings with senior management.
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.

Job Requirements

  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in any discipline.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent Planning & Organizing Skill.
  • Very Good Attention to Details Skill.
  • Very Good Business Writing Skill.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, ERP System experience is a plus.
  • Good Business Writing Skill.
