Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Acting as the primary focal point to all functional areas, to support needed business and technical requirements while technical proposals creations.
- Managing responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and all released proposals as a bid manager adhering to the internal processes and milestones, including; kickoff and status meetings, stakeholders’ proposal review meetings, communication, emails briefing and follow up, and escalations
- Handling all business documentations as; creating corporate presentations and profiles, write-ups, projects briefs, resources’ resume, and case studies
- Managing required resources allocations to own proposal’s writing and review activities
- Analyzing RFPs in terms of business requirements and highlighting risks that impact proposal submission time or quality
- Coordinating with secondary stakeholders like; Technical Support team, Financial department and Legal department for proposals completeness
- Communicating/Coordinating with other solution partners in consortium proposals
- Preparing proposal template in compliance to RFP requirements
Communicating promptly and effectively with presales team & service delivery team for questions, clarifications & issues that might affect proposal timely delivery - Ensuring proposal completeness & quality
- Coordinating with Financial department for issuance of Letter of Guarantee for proposals & for other essential financial reports required in RFP
Coordinating with Legal Department for identifying risks & disclaimers of contracts - Responding to complicated Requests for Information (RFIs) such as company registration in a vendor list for a specific organization/partner
- Working with the marketing team to fulfill the required company info for partnership renewals .
Job Requirements
- Vacancy available for Females only .
- Previous experience at software House company is must .
- Bachelor Degree of commerce or relevant discipline.
- Fluency in English is a MUST.
- Degree holder form AUC University is preferred or any other international university .
- Residents near Nacr City are preferred,
- Another foreign language it will be as extra skills .
