Job Description
- Perform AD Site, Organizational Unit (OU), Users and Groups, and Group Policy management.
- Administrating Antivirus applications (Kaspersky, TrendMicro, …).
- Consistently and successfully provide 1st level support.
Job Requirements
- The Systems Engineer will have a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of System Engineering experience.
- Good knowledge in backup system.
- Good background in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Have a skill in hardware maintenance of laptops.
- Solid Knowledge in Client Operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 10).
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Microsoft MCSA Certified.
- Desire to work alongside the team to help design information and operational support systems.
- Understand service management and working with the ticketing systems.
- Real experience with ticket and service management systems.
