Job Description
The Business Analyst helps an organisation improve business performance through a set of integrated and systematic activities designed to analyse opportunities for improvement and identify possible options that may be adopted.
Main Duties:
- Gathering client's requirements
- Develop functional / Non-functional system requirements
- Develop system requirements specification (SRS).
- Develop Usability requirements, Use Case Modelling, Gap analysis and User stories.
- Create product backlog and Requirement trace-ability matrix.
- Identifying the most efficient business process for various applications. Participate in business process modelling, and process re-engineering in Various client’s application.
Job Requirements
Requirements and qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Ability to prioritize requirements and create prototypes and mock-ups.
- Experience with strategic business process modeling and trace-ability.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
