Job Description

  • Responsible for monthly payroll running with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Follow up the completion, review and calculation KPIs for staff.
  • Develop and prepare monthly report.
  • Handle the employee contractual process and assist into updating the existing compensation and benefits policies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant post graduate HR studies.
  • Very good English.
  • Excellent knowledge and practical experience of Egyptian labor related laws (Labor law, social insurance law)
  • Studies in compensation and benefits, payroll or taxation are an asset.
  • Able to build good relationships
  • Problem solver and have analytical skills
  • Effective interpersonal and team building skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Time and stress management skills
