Job Description
- Responsible for monthly payroll running with accuracy and timeliness.
- Follow up the completion, review and calculation KPIs for staff.
- Develop and prepare monthly report.
- Handle the employee contractual process and assist into updating the existing compensation and benefits policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant post graduate HR studies.
- Very good English.
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience of Egyptian labor related laws (Labor law, social insurance law)
- Studies in compensation and benefits, payroll or taxation are an asset.
- Able to build good relationships
- Problem solver and have analytical skills
- Effective interpersonal and team building skills
