Job Description
- Demonstrable ability to take the lead and resolve any arising problems or complaints from customers in a fast and professional way and with a calm demeanor.
- Keep track of the quality of sales and distribution services including after sale follow up and the delivery time and manner of the goods.
- Constantly maintaining and updating the customer database with new information.
- Communicate effectively with the sales, distribution, and fleet departments at UD with the market feedback to guarantee customer service excellence.
- Use, our customized ERP system to draw conclusions regarding the various customers.
- Maintain metrics such as the Net Promoter Score (NPS), the Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), and the Customer Retention Rate and analyze data to assess performance and suggest improvements.
- Possess excellent knowledge of all Clorox products, pricing, and existing promotions as well as detailed information regarding the competitor's products.
Job Requirements
- Working experience of (preferably) 2 years as a customer service representative (CSR).
- Expert in standard Microsoft software packages such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills (time organization).
- Ability to work independently and to handle multiple issues.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English Language is highly recommended.
