Description
- Interface with the Admission department, Faculty and students to get their requirement and administer the SIS systems to reflect these requirements in a timely and efficient way
- Coordinates with software vendors and online researches to customize the system (if needed).
- Answers questions and solves problems via telephone calls, e-mails and face-to-face contacts
- Uses knowledge of the system to ensure that the staff are doing the tasks in the right sequence
- Coordinates with software vendors and online researches to solve issues
- Creating a customized reports as requested and make sure that it is meeting the users requirements.
- Train city staff/university staff to ensure that they are using all our supported services.
- Manage privilege of the system users based on tasks and responsibilities.
- Meets with staff as needed to discuss current issues.
- Attends meetings and provide data related analysis and support when needed.
- Making prototypes to prove concept or interface with other systems.
- Meet with students to help them accessing and use their systems
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- From 3 to 5 years experience
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of e-learning system.
- Knowledge of HTML and reporting.
- SQL Administration and development.
- Microsoft Office package and Software Application Administration
