About the Job
  • Acts as a bridge between all departments
  • Generate leads in the field of Fresh Foods
  • Verify and handle leads referred to from other departments; Membership (department
  • Responsible for adding new members, retaining them and ensure they abide by GS1 policies) &
  • Delivery (the department responsible for delivery of products in Healthcare/Agri./Retail)
  • Approach Fresh Food Customer Base in Egypt via annual conferences or exhibitions
  • Handle Proposal cycle from RFP until successful implementation of proposal scope
  • Work hand in hand with the Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction & retention
  • Support in delivering the Fresh Food sector products to the client
  • Support the marketing department in creating the marketing plan focusing on Fresh food sector
  • Follow up on the business developing activities in the Retail sector
  • Responsible for issuing contracts and contract Implementation with clients
  • Use SalesForce Software for data entry and lead follow up
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of the contract process
  • Find, manage, grow and close revenue opportunities; grow installed customer account share
  • Understand customer business and service requirements in order to develop "tailored" solutions and offerings whenever possible
  • Develop a business plan for Fresh Food to meet or exceed sales, marketing, and customer
  • satisfaction objectives
  • Analyzing competitor activities in the region and assessing opportunities for business development
  • Serves as an internal subject matter expert and supports all company activities including but not limited to system implementations, integrations, and process consultation
Job Requirements
  • STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Graduate
  • Experience 5 years + in Fresh Foods; quality, sales or export
  • Excellent use of MS Office & CRM Software
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
  • Proven track of sales in Fresh Food Sector
