Job Description

Customer Service Representative responsible for:

  • Handling clients' complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Meet clients and solve their problems.
  • Answer customers' inquiries
  • Maintaining Customer Satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Job Requirements

  • Good Level of English
  • Very command of Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a changing environment
  • Strong learning and problem-solving abilities
