Job Description

  • Answer all the incoming calls to the CEO office and forward them as necessary.
  • Take and forward complete and accurate messages and sometimes requests.
  • Deliver the message to the CEO or the concerned person within the CEO's Office.
  • Regularly check incoming and outgoing mail ensuring that the mail is delivered to the relevant department(s).
  • Meet and assist VIPs and customers on premises and over the office phone, and responding to their inquires.
  • Handle and monitor all the board room arrangements including reservation, preparation of catering for visitors, etc.

Job Requirements

  • 0-2 Years of Experience.
  • Familiar with the usage of office equipment (fax, computer).
  • Experience in dealing with internal / external customers.
  • Very good English both spoken and written.

  • Very good computer skills.

  • Ability to use proper business language.
  • Patient and tolerant.
  • Communicate effectively internally and externally.
  • Loyal and flexible.
