Job Description
- Answer all the incoming calls to the CEO office and forward them as necessary.
- Take and forward complete and accurate messages and sometimes requests.
- Deliver the message to the CEO or the concerned person within the CEO's Office.
- Regularly check incoming and outgoing mail ensuring that the mail is delivered to the relevant department(s).
- Meet and assist VIPs and customers on premises and over the office phone, and responding to their inquires.
- Handle and monitor all the board room arrangements including reservation, preparation of catering for visitors, etc.
Job Requirements
- 0-2 Years of Experience.
- Familiar with the usage of office equipment (fax, computer).
- Experience in dealing with internal / external customers.

Very good English both spoken and written.
