Job Description
Key functional tasks:
- Follow up the implementation of the company's policy and representation before all the bodies and institutions that the company deals with through the management of human resources such as (Labor Offices - Insurance Bureau - Health Insurance Authority).
- Supervising the follow-up of the implementation of all regulations and administrative decisions concerning the organization of work within the company.
- Follow-up all procedures for new appointments and termination procedures.
- Follow up the completion of the files of the company's employees.
- Resolves all complaints and requests of employees
- Follow-up procedures for medical disclosure and the issuance of certificates of health insurance for employees
- Following up the implementation of the company's policy regarding the leave system.
- Follow up the implementation of the company's laws.
- Follow-up of employees' commitment to daily attendance and departures.
- Prepare the required report.
Job Requirements
- Education: A university degree or an average qualification in management or accounting, preferably a holder of training courses in the field of specialization
- Experience and training: At least 3 years experience in the field of specialization, high skill in writing reports.
