This role requires you to be based in Kuwait, and Telco experience is mandatory.

What You’ll do

You will join a fast growing and innovative sales team in Service Provider Sales, who will promote and sell all Cisco product and service portfolio i.e. networking, DC, Software products and services toward Service Provider's based out of Kuwait. As a Strategic Account Manager on the SP team, you will be building relationships with the customer in Kuwait to promote both product and services to achieve multi-million dollar target. This will include Strategic solution selling, business development and also go-to-market activities.

You will ideally have a diverse skillset, entrepreneurial mindset and your success will be dependent not only on your ability to sell, but also on the relationships you develop with both the Customer, Channel Partner and Cisco global teams so sales and communication skills are key to the success in this role. This is a high-energy position requiring a self-motivated individual.

Job Requirements

  • Responsible for a large SP account, including forecasting, quota attainment, and frequent opportunity management using SFDC.
  • Work with a complex strategic account calling on key decision makers and all other levels
  • Sell to key influencers and decision makers managers of major service provider to develop pipelines and eventually close the business.
  • Build plans with Cisco account teams and architecture (technology) teams to penetrate new franchises and architectures.
  • Develop partnerships that lead to new infrastructure and solution offers
  • Negotiate business relationships and contracts
  • Drive marketing and demand generation programs that build customer success
  • In-depth understanding of High Tech business, market, companies
  • 3+ years of sales experience in international organizations for Service Provider and Telcos
  • Business communication skill
  • Account and strategy planning.
  • You will need experience of selling to and through service providers and/or selling Managed Service offerings.
  • Experience working in a direct and channel sales model
  • You will have excellent ability to build new relationships, navigate complex organizations and influence multiple people
  • Documented track record of success
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
