- Control the productivity and efficiency measures of the call center.
- Provide productivity reports, manage Real Time status on floor.
- Report any abnormal situation that might impact productivity.
- Forecasting volume of calls and generating performance reports.
- Scheduling working hours and managing Q service level.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in forecasting, staffing, scheduling and reporting.
- High level of analytical thinking skills.
- High level of communication and team work capabilities.
- Excellent level of using MS Excel & PowerPoint.
