Job Description

  • Control the productivity and efficiency measures of the call center.
  • Provide productivity reports, manage Real Time status on floor.
  • Report any abnormal situation that might impact productivity.
  • Forecasting volume of calls and generating performance reports.
  • Scheduling working hours and managing Q service level.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in forecasting, staffing, scheduling and reporting.
  • High level of analytical thinking skills.
  • High level of communication and team work capabilities.
  • Excellent level of using MS Excel & PowerPoint.
