About the Job
  • Attending all the meeting and record the minute of meeting and following its up with all the team
  • Booking hotels and meeting rooms for the management and company guest
  • Act as international relation responsible
  • Following up day to day tasks with all the company team and prepare reports
  • Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, etc.
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

  • Suitable Bachelor degree Motivated - Hard worker - Work under stress
