Job Description

  • Support the Community Manager to successfully implement community management plan and strategy.
  • Participate in strategies that engage communities.
  • Handle the customers' complaints to determine the cause of the problem and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Ensuring effective and efficient communication with the necessary information to the homeowners and residents.
  • Submitting reports concerned with the different living zones of the community.
  • Job scope is "Central", meaning that coordination will be addressing all Emaar Misr projects.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English
  • Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Good in typing both Arabic and English
  • Adequate level of reporting and analysis skills
