Job Description
- Assist in preparing the company’s presentations, related documents, and information presented to the banks.
- Assist in reviewing the financial proposals, and debt agreements received from the financial institutions, investment and commercial banks and report with relevant comments and proposed adjustments.
- Assist in preparing the projects’ feasibility studies as well as the valuation models of new investments/products, and challenge the related technical, commercial, and financial assumptions to generate relevant scenarios.
- Prepare the monthly funding & business development reports, or any other related reports as required by top management.
- Regularly communicate with the following parties.
- Financial institutions, investment and commercial banks to.
- Assist in providing proper answers to their inquiries on the company’s basic information, documents, operations, and performance.
- Follow up on the debt management process and the deliverable related to other corporate finance transactions. This task includes –but not limited to- satisfying the conditions precedent (CP’s), drafting of loan agreements, draw-down notices, waivers, Requests For Proposals (RFP’s), advisory agreements, and any other related documentation.
- Consultants (legal, commercial, or technical): to assist on following up on related deliverable according to their contracted scope.
- Internal departments (Finance, Legal, Business, Risk, Operations… etc.): to obtain relevant data required to prepare reports or satisfy debt-related documents.
Shareholders: to deliver required information and reports.
Job Requirements
- 0-2 years (preferably in banking, treasury, or business analysis).

Academic background: Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- Fluent English Speaker.
- Very Good Communication Skills.
- Task Oriented.
