Job Description

  • Enter all financial statements of salary and allowance transactions and coordinate the work of payroll and allowances for employees
  • Complete employee files and keep them in records as well as keep copies of the main documents which related to the employees resignation who had left work for one year in accordance with the Labor Law.
  • Evaluating and assisting in the treatment of work problems after coordination with the Director and departments heads,
  • Coordinate with managers and department heads to identify human resources needs and identify functional tasks,The required level of qualifications and skills
  • Work on building a network of relations with the sources of labor to communicate with the labor required for appointment
  • Review the applications and interview with applicants for career history, education level and training , skills and expected salary as well as to provide information to applicants about the company and the job vacancy.
  • Dealing with the labor office and social Insurance office and making sure that they follow their instructions
  • Implementing the training plan and making sure to update the data on the company's program in respect of each model training such as training needs assessment , evaluation of training, attendance of it and succession
  • Submit and follow up performance evaluation forms, compile assessments after completion, and make a final report for each department

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • 5-7 years experience in all HR functions.

  • HR certificate/diploma is an advantages.

  • Experience of developing HR policies & practices to meet business needs

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills

  • Strong Communication Skills and highly organized

  • Strong knowledge of Egypt Labor law and Social insurance law.

  • Very good MS knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Preferably males .
