Job Description
We are a multinational company seeking to hire Safety Manager to lead the safety team, improve health and safety awareness of employees and enhance the safety culture in the workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Health and Safety strategy, directives and programs in coordination with the local and regional team.
- Deploy and maintain Health and Safety management systems following International Standards.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and keep up to date with local regulations.
- Responsible for Health and Safety Site Risk Assessment.
- Coordinate and execute site safety audits.
- Lead Safety, Health and Emergency response activities.
- Perform incident investigation when required including root cause analysis and action plans.
- Work with employees and management team to drive continuous improvement of safety culture in the workplace.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- At least 7 years of experience in safety in a multinational environment, in the construction sector or relevant
- Senior candidates willing to take the next step in their career are welcome to apply
- Experience with site/field operations is a must
- Excellent English language skills
- Relevant safety certification
- Strong character with the ability to lead and coach the teams
