Job Description

  • Analyzes and develops weekly recommendations for scheduling and uses staffing requirements, call center and operations schedules to determine required staffing levels to ensure the organization's ability to meet operational commitments.
  • Align with and share real-time changes to staffing with long-term modelers
  • Creates reports and dashboards on historical data and forecasting results from applicable systems.
  • Reconciles attendance daily with employee time sheets against schedule and time in/time out reporting.
  • Manages changes to scheduling to ensure adequate daily resource coverage.
  • Maintain running report of attendance incidents.
  • Communicate with management and operations team to ensure compliance with company standards.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in operations, financial, or data analytics and reporting experience
  • Proficient in using excel and creating models, macros and pivoting data
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify trends and influence business decisions
  • Process-driven mindset; experience with Visio a plus
  • Ability and willingness to learn new software applications
  • Ability to organize information and have attention to detail and accurately follow procedures
